Based on the character by Japanese author Hideyuki Kikuchi and visualized in the revered illustrations of Yoshitaka Amano, this original bust of Vampire Hunter D captures the beauty grace and cloaked mystery of the futuristic avenger. Possibly immortal, D's origin is uncertain but twined between vampire and human. D protects his pale skin with flowing hair cloak and a distinctive wide-brimmed hat. Sculptor Tim Bruckner has put much effort into getting this piece just right. He said that bringing Amano's art forward in three dimensions was "the assignment of a lifetime."
